  1. £99 AI Audit. We plug into your business for 48 hours, find where you’re leaking money or burning hours, and write you a plain-English report. Top 3 fixes ranked by £ impact. If the report finds nothing useful, you get a full refund — no argument.
  2. Custom management system, from £179.99/month. If the audit lands, we point our agents at your business. Inbound enquiry capture, follow-up sequences, content, reporting — the modules you actually need. You can add or drop modules any time. It works the way you want it to work.
  3. Top up with tokens as you grow. Want to try a new module — voice assistant, outbound calling, weekly intelligence reports — without committing to a higher tier? Buy a pack of tokens, try it for a month, decide. Same model as the major AI providers.

The 30-day promise. If you’re not happy in the first 30 days of any subscription, you get your money back. No quibble, no “what about cancellation fees,” no salvage call from a retention team. We’d rather refund you and learn what we got wrong than keep you as an unhappy customer.

Who’s behind it

Stephen Ward — founder and CEO. Scottish, based in Paisley. Spent the last twelve months building SWARM in public, working with friends, family, and a growing volunteer team. The plan has always been the same: build something that helps small UK businesses survive the AI shift instead of being flattened by it.

Why we exist

Most small businesses can’t afford a dedicated tech team. They can’t afford a £20k agency build. They can’t hire a developer. So they limp along with WhatsApp + spreadsheets + a contact form that nobody checks. We watched a lot of good small businesses lose to that — not because they made bad coffee or fitted bad bathrooms, but because they couldn’t scale the admin around the work.

AI has changed what one person can build. We’re using that to put a real management system in reach of every small business in the UK, at a price they can actually pay.

How we use AI — honestly

We are open about what is built by AI and what isn’t. Most of our development, drafting, and analytics is done with AI agents under human supervision. When you talk to one of our AI assistants on the phone or in chat, it will tell you it is AI and offer to put you through to a human. We never pretend a machine is a person.
